Panchayats across India to observe Constitution Day on November 26 with Preamble readings

Nearly 2.63 lakh Panchayats nationwide will observe Constitution Day on November 26, 2025, by reading the Preamble in local languages. The Panchayati Raj Ministry is coordinating mass readings, discussions, seminars, and quizzes on constitutional values. A nationwide Preamble Reading Relay will be streamed live, encouraging community art and youth engagement.
