Paul Waring bows out of The Open, Davis Riley added
England's Paul Waring announced Monday he will not participate in The Open Championship this week because of a shoulder injury. Davis Riley will replace Waring in the final major of the year that will start Thursday at Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland.
