Philippines to pay 19% tariff, Trump says

Following a White House visit by Filipino President Ferdinand Marcos, U.S. President Donald Trump announced a trade agreement with the Philippines. Trump stated that the Philippines would be entering an "OPEN MARKET" relationship with the United States. Despite this, he also declared that the Philippines will be subject to a 19% tariff rate under the newly concluded trade deal.
