Portable X-ray System Receives Clearance for Pediatric Imaging

March 17, 2026 – OXOS Medical recently announced that its MC2 portable X-ray system is now cleared for pediatric imaging, enabling providers to deliver quality, low-dose X-ray imaging to young patients.  Traditional imaging rooms can be intimidating for children1 and stressful for parents2.  MC2 changes the dynamic by making the exam and imaging room one and the same, meeting young patients where they are comfortable, close to their loved ones.
