Pune land deal row: Parth Pawar's firm must pay double stamp duty to cancel sale deed
A Pune land deal involving Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar's firm has been cancelled. The firm, Amadea Enterprises LLP, faces a Rs 42 crore stamp duty payment. This includes the original 7 percent duty and an additional 7 percent for the cancellation deed. The land was initially bought for Rs 300 crore.
