Rajnath Singh likely to visit China next week for SCO meet

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh may travel to China next week. He will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation conclave. This marks the first visit by a senior Indian minister since the 2020 Ladakh standoff. New Delhi and Beijing are finalising the visit. Singh might meet Chinese counterpart Admiral Dong Jun. The SCO defence ministers' meeting is scheduled in Qingdao.
