Ravi Agarwal reappointed as CBDT Chairman for one year
Ravi Agrawal's tenure as Chairman of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has been extended for one year, effective July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved the re-appointment on a contract basis.
