Secretary of State Marco Rubio was spotted wearing shoes at least one size too big. The internet seized on the image, as well as a story recently reported by the Wall Street Journal about how President Donald Trump loves to buy a specific brand of shoe for his cabinet members. CNN’s Betsy Klein reports.
