SC gets tough on Samay Raina, other influencers for mocking rare disorder, seeks their presence in court

The Supreme Court has summoned five social media influencers, including comedian Samay Raina, following accusations of mocking individuals with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). The court, responding to a petition by Cure SMA Foundation of India, emphasized that freedom of speech is not absolute and such mockery is demoralizing. The Attorney General has been asked to assist in the case.
