SC grants bail to Kashmiri separatist leader Shabir Ahmed Shah in terror funding case

The Supreme Court has granted bail to Kashmiri separatist leader Shabir Ahmed Shah. He was arrested in 2019 in a terror funding case. The National Investigation Agency had booked him for allegedly facilitating a separatist movement. The court noted anomalies in the trial and Shah's long incarceration.
