SEBI seeks to broaden credit rating agencies’ mandate
SEBI has released a consultation paper proposing to allow Credit Rating Agencies (CRAs) to rate financial instruments regulated by other financial sector regulators (FSRs) like RBI, IRDA, and PFRDA, including unlisted securities.
