Senate OKs Bill Allowing Victims of Sexually Explicit Deepfakes to Sue
Congress is trying again with the Disrupt Explicit Forged Images and Non-Consensual Edits (DEFIANCE) Act, which would allow victims to sue for up to $250,000 in damages.
