Special Intensive Revision: 86.32% enumeration forms collected in Bihar, says ECI

Bihar's Special Intensive Revision nears completion. The Election Commission of India reports strong progress. Over 6.81 crore Enumeration Forms are collected from 7.89 crore electors. This covers over 90% of the electorate. Booth Level Officers will conduct a third round of household visits. This targets homes missed in previous rounds. The goal is to include all eligible voters.
