Supreme Court introduces reservation for its staffers

The Supreme Court has implemented a reservation policy. It is for direct appointments and promotions of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe employees. A circular was issued on June 24. It informed Supreme Court employees of the decision. The policy will be effective from June 23, 2025. SC employees will receive a 15 percent quota. ST employees will receive a 7.
