Suresh Kalmadi, former minister and 2010 Commonwealth Games chairman, passes away after prolonged illness

Suresh Kalmadi News: Former Union Minister and senior Congress leader Suresh Kalmadi passed away at the age of 81 in Pune early Tuesday morning after a prolonged illness. He was undergoing treatment at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital. Kalmadi, who also served as the former chairman of the Indian Olympic Association, is survived by his wife and children.
