Sweden to lease a prison in Estonia to deal with overcrowding
To help reduce its 141% occupancy rate in incarceration facilities, Stockholm plans to transfer between 400 and 600 prisoners to a prison in Tartu. The proposal is not unanimously supported in Sweden.
