In April, a young man was shot in the head in broad daylight vin a Lyon suburb. He had been recruited via the messaging app Telegram to guard a drug-dealing spot, just like his alleged murderer. The killing was filmed and broadcast on Snapchat. The person who ordered the crime has yet to be identified.
