Three teens arrested after driver crashes stolen vehicle into police cruiser in Scarborough
Early on Tuesday morning, at about 1:45 a.m., officers arrested two adults and a youth in the area of Morningside Avenue and Halfway Avenue in the Morningside Heights neighbourhood, they said in a news release.
