Toronto’s muggy, rainy weather brings risk of flooding — but sunny skies are on the horizon
Because of the potential thunderstorms and heavy rain, there is a flood warning in effect until 11 p.m. Wednesday evening for rivers and streams in the area, according to a notice from the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.
