Situation in the Marhowrah town of Saran district of Bihar, the factor is building the locomotive in collaboration with Wabtec Corporation, a US-based locomotive manufacturer. The deal is estimated at over Rs 3000 crores, and is being lauded for boosting manufacturing in Bihar.
