Trump administration's 'third country' deportation policy is unlawful, judge rules

A federal judge ruled on Wednesday that Trump's latest policy of deporting immigrants to 'third countries' with which they have no ties is unlawful. Ever since the Supreme Court ruled in the administration's favor last year, migrants have been sent to war-torn South Sudan and to the infamous CECOT prison in El Salvador.
