President Donald Trump's choice to challenge maverick Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky announced his candidacy Tuesday, pledging to steadfastly support the president's agenda while describing the incumbent as an obstructionist. Retired Navy SEAL officer Ed Gallrein entered the 4th District campaign after gaining Trump's endorsement.
