Trump orders reopening of Alcatraz prisons to jail ‘America’s most ruthless offenders’

Donald Trump orders rebuilding and reopening of Alcatraz. He wants to house America's most violent offenders there. Alcatraz previously held criminals like Al Capone. It closed in 1963 due to high operating costs. Trump calls reopening it a symbol of law and order. The Bureau of Prisons will work with other agencies on the project.
