Trump's new Minneapolis point man vows 'smarter' operation

Trump sent Tom Homan to Minnesota to take control of immigration operations with orders to report directly to him, effectively sidelining Kristi Noem. 'We are not surrendering our mission at all. We're just doing it smarter,' Homan said at a Thursday press conference. 'President Trump wants this fixed. And I'm going to fix it.'
