Tulsa mayor unveils staggering $100M reparations plan
Mayor Monroe Nichols, the first black mayor of Tulsa, Oklahoma, has unveiled a reparations plan that would see more than $100 million invested in the descendants of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre.
