Two dozen ACs, 39 fans and 115 lamps: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta's official residence to get Rs 60-lakh makeover

Rekha Gupta's official residence will soon be renovated. The Public Works Department issued a tender for the work. The first phase focuses on electrical upgrades. Air conditioning alone will cost over Rs 11 lakh. Lighting fixtures and kitchen appliances are also included. Bungalow 2 will serve as her camp office. Gupta refused to move into her predecessor's residence.
