U.S. to inject $1.6 billion into rare earths miner for 10% stake, FT reports
The miner has brought in Cantor Fitzgerald, chaired by Brandon Lutnick, son of Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, to lead efforts to raise over $1 billion.
