Uttarkashi flash flood: Rescuers at work despite tough situation

Uttarakhand faced a tough situation after the Dharali-Harshil disaster. Rescue operations are underway by the Army and other agencies. The region is cut off due to damaged roads and a collapsed bridge. Reports indicate 15 people are missing in the Dharali disaster. Two bodies have been recovered. Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami is monitoring the rescue operation.
