TechD Cybersecurity, backed by Vijay Kedia, is launching a Rs 40 crore IPO on NSE Emerge from September 15–17 at Rs 183–193 per share. Proceeds will fund global expansion, talent growth, and Indias largest integrated cybersecurity GSOC in Ahmedabad.
