Virat Kohli not available for Railways tie in Vijay Hazare Trophy; Rishabh Pant, Harshit Rana to play

Virat Kohli will not play for Delhi against Railways in the Vijay Hazare Trophy today. He is set to join the Indian team for the ODI series against New Zealand starting January 11. However, Rishabh Pant and Harshit Rana are available for Delhi's match. Delhi currently leads Group D and a win today will help them advance.
