What is a T3 in real estate and why it is important to know about it

In real estate terminology, the classification T3 refers to the floor plan of a property according to the number of main living rooms it has. The letter “T” in this classification represents the word “type,” and the number represents the number of main rooms which do not include kitchens and bathrooms (this definition may slightly change as per regions, where three rooms can include the main three bedrooms not the living room).
