Workers sue Hormel over sick time law
Union workers at the plant were reportedly denied the state-mandated benefit for 14 months after the law went into effect. Four workers filed a lawsuit, asking for class-action status, Wednesday in Mower County District Court after an arbitration ruling in union workers' favor.
