Young activists who toppled Nepal's government now picking new leaders

Sudan Gurung, a former DJ, leveraged Discord and Instagram to orchestrate massive protests in Nepal. These demonstrations led to the resignation of Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli. Gurung's group, Hami Nepal, now influences the interim government. They helped appoint Sushila Karki as interim Prime Minister. The group is currently involved in deciding cabinet positions and removing officials.
