Zubeen Garg's manager, NEIF chief organiser arrested in connection to the singer's death

Zubeen Garg's manager, Siddhartha Sharma, and NEIF chief organiser, Shyamkanu Mahanta, were arrested in connection with the singer's death by drowning in Singapore. Sharma was nabbed in Gurgaon, while Mahanta was arrested at Delhi airport upon arrival from Singapore. Both were brought to Guwahati as a 10-member SIT investigates the September 19 incident.
